Information is retained only as long as necessary for the stated purposes; certain analytics or pseudonymised ad data may be retained for limited periods (for example: Targeted End User data retained for ~30 days in pseudonymized form, backups retained longer).

Opting out of interest‑based advertising

To opt‑out please follow instructions provided by the ad partner (for Liftoff see their opt‑out page). You can also use device settings to limit tracking (e.g., reset advertising ID, disable ad personalization) and browser controls to block cookies.

XI. Children’s privacy

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will delete it.

XII. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes. When we make material changes we will update the “Effective date” and where appropriate notify you.
